How does the free trial work?
Premium plans include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime during the trial and won't be charged. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through your account settings. You'll retain Premium access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds for partial months.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.
What's the difference between Free and Premium?
The Free tier is limited to 1 playlist per day (up to 100 songs) and doesn't include artist transfer, batch transfers, or purchase export features. Premium gives you unlimited transfers, all advanced features, and priority support.
Can I switch from monthly to annual?
Yes! You can upgrade from monthly to annual billing at any time through your account settings. We'll prorate the remaining time on your monthly subscription.
Do you offer refunds?
We generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of subscription periods. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from using the service, please contact support@transfertunes.com and we'll work with you.
Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption (HTTPS/SSL) for all data transmission. Playlist metadata is processed in real-time and deleted immediately after transfer. We never store your streaming platform passwords. See our

What platforms do you support?
We support all major music streaming platforms including Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, Tidal, Deezer, Amazon Music, SoundCloud, and Pandora. More platforms are added regularly.
